Note that for technical and security reasons some fetures have been disabled, notably:
- you are not allowed to change passwords :)
- you cannot switch to your inbox folder (the server does not have real imap accounts that
would be needed for this feature to be enabled)
- you are not allowed to remove users or domains
Keep also in mind that the shown skin is just one of the possible skins.
Just to help you out a bit with the privilege scheme:
- god administrators can do whatever they want
- users are allowed to change only their own configurations, unless they
were delegated administrative privileges by other domain administrators
- when a domain is created, there is only one domain administrator. His name
looks like ``@domain.tld'', with no username. This user cannot be removed, and
should be used at the beginning to delegate administrative privileges to other users,
or in case of emergency (administrator lost is password, ...).
- the interface supports a tree like hierarchy of domains. This means that a domain
administrator can administer all domains for whom his domain is the owner. The ownership
of domains is assigned when a domain is created. Domain creation can be performed either
by PigeonAdmin itself, or by external web scripts, which can, for example, automate
the task of registering domains by checking credit cards or other payment systems.
